MEMBERSHIP RULES & REGULATIONS
* Your membership entitles you to the quantity of hours cited in enrollment, per month, during the term of your membership.
* The recurring 6 month payments must be set up in advance of your first golf lesson using PayPal Subscription Service. You can pay with American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.
* Cancellation policy – The appointment time must be cancelled within 24 hours to avoid losing your lesson credit.
* Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to get warmed up. If you do not show for your scheduled lesson, you will be charged your membership price for the session time, and therefore forfeit the golf lesson.
* Membership is not transferable to any other person or entity.
* All hours must be used within 7 months of first lesson.
